Graham von Geldern is a very handsome 2-3 year old German Shepherd with a striking dark face and bright amber eyes. In the hubbub of the rescue, Graham is a calmer and more low key presence than many of our dogs. When he walks through the kennel, he doesn't bark at the other dogs, and he's very good on leash, walking nicely and looking up to you for guidance. He is loving, eager to please, and highly treat-motivated—he already knows his "sit" and becomes your instant best friend for a snack or some petting. He would be fine as your one and only pet. He minds his own business around other dogs, preferring to avoid face-to-face greetings but does just fine walking along in a pack of dogs or being in playgroups with dogs who respect his space; he may choose to simply lay down and observe. With his medium energy level and affectionate, wants-to-please personality, Graham is a loyal, well-mannered companion who just wants to be by your side and will blossom in a loving home.
